* All claims against product quality, compatibility, quantity discrepancies, etc must be made in writing within 14 days of goods receipt by the buyer. No claims, whatsoever, will be accepted thereafter. Defective merchandise must be returned within 15 days. The packaging should be included along with a description of the failure. All defective merchandise will be replaced within two weeks upon receiving and verifying the defect, depending on stock on hand. Do not damage the merchandise or packaging further by writing on it or trying to fix it, doing so may void replacement. We cannot be liable or responsible for any shipping charges incurred in shipping items back to us for repairs. All returned merchandise must be received within 15 days of purchase. To return goods, the merchandise must be unused and in it's original undamaged and unopened packaging. If it is a battery it must not have been used or modified in any way.
