Return policy
 
* All claims against product quality, compatibility, quantity discrepancies, etc must be made in writing within 14 days of goods receipt by the buyer. No claims, whatsoever, will be accepted thereafter.
Defective merchandise must be returned within 15 days.
The packaging should be included along with a description of the failure. All defective merchandise will be replaced within two weeks upon receiving and verifying the defect, depending on stock on hand. Do not damage the merchandise or packaging further by writing on it or trying to fix it, doing so may void replacement. We cannot be liable or responsible for any shipping charges incurred in shipping items back to us for repairs.
All returned merchandise must be received within 15 days of purchase.
To return goods, the merchandise must be unused and in it's original undamaged and unopened packaging. If it is a battery it must not have been used or modified in any way.

Q:Which Motor Do I need?
A:A simple answer for your referance.
Choosing a brushless motor can be intimidating, but understanding a few specific characteristics you can easily find the perfect motor. Motors with higher winds spin slower and they have a lower Kv (RPM/V). They spin a larger propeller at slower speeds and at a lower current. Motors with lower winds have a higher Kv (RPM/V). They spin a smaller propeller at higher speeds and at a higher current than high turn motors.

To determine the motor, decide on your flying style and aircraft. Is it a sport fast flyer, or a slow plane with a lot of drag? For the high speed airplane a low turn high KV that spins a small prop fast would be the right choice. For the slow, high drag plane, a high turn motor (low KV)that can spin a much larger prop and produce a lot of thrust at low speed is what you want.  A very loose comparison is RPM = KV

Low KV = slow RPM, large prop, low AMP (current)
High KV = fast RPM, small prop, high AMP (current)
 
About Servo
 
Q:Should I look for servo speed or servo torque?
A:Both of these factors are important, to obtain both you may note that the price will increase. If you insist on good centering then the price creeps up some more. The true variable is what you want that servo to do, if 3D flying with small to medium airplanes is your thing, then speed is very important. If you are flying an aircraft with large control surfaces with snap maneuvers imposing loads on the controls then torque is paramount. Between these two extremes there is a happy medium for your style of flying and financial situation.

Q: How does charging current relate to capacity?
A: First of all, make sure of the rate for a given length of charging and use the following rule: Amps = Capacity / Time to Charge. For instance, to charge a 1200mAh battery in 20 minutes requires a current setting of 3.6 amps: amps = 1200mAh / .33 hours = 1.2Ah X 3 hours =3.6 amps. The same rule can also be reworked to determine how long it will take to charge a battery at a given current: Time to Charge = Capacity / Amps. So, the time it takes to charge a 1500mAh battery at 5 amps is 18 minutes: Time to Charge = 1500mAh / 5A = 1.5Ah / 5A = 0.3 hours = 18 minutes. The charging process is not totally efficient; some of the energy is lost as heat, and the charging takes place a little longer than this.
 
Q: How can I make certain my packs are fully charged?
A: GWS or E-flite peak chargers automatically do this. If you don't have a peak charger, well provide the way to monitor the charge yourself. Youll simply stop charging when one of the following things occurs: either the pack starts to get warm or the charging voltage starts to drop. Warning: if youre doing a manual fast charge (by watching the temperature and/or voltage yourself), pay attention. If the batteries get too much charge, they will overheat, and that could damage or even destroy your batteries.
